Architectural Submittal Form

Use this form if you wish to make a change to your condominium.  Refer to the Architectural Rules and Design Guidelines to determine if you need to fill out this form.

Architectural submittals will be reviewed within 60 days and the owner will be given a notice of approval or denial or that the submittal is being returned for additional information.

Submittals need to comply with the rules in the Architectural Rules and Design Guidelines including submittal of all necessary copies of insurance, all contractors’ license numbers, plans, drawings, dimensions, and other applicable measurements.  Incomplete submittals will be returned.

All structural additions, alterations or improvements with a condominium requires a letter from an architect or engineer, licensed in Arizona, certifying that such additions, alterations or improvements will not impair the structural integrity of the building within which it is to be made.

Work must conform to all applicable building codes or other federal, state or local law, statute, ordinance, rule or regulation.

Approval by the Architectural Committee shall not be deemed a warranty or representation as to the quality of such construction, installation alteration or repair.

Owner agrees to comply with all applicable local, city and state laws and to obtain all necessary permits.  Owner will need to contact Management for all deliveries to reserve the elevator.

Owner and all contractors acknowledge they have read and fully understand Icon’s Rules and the Architectural Rules and Design Guidelines and will abide by all the rules and criteria contained therein.
