Moving Information Form
This form is to be used when someone is moving in or moving out of your condominium. Refer to Icon's Rules for complete details.
Only one move-in or move-out will be scheduled per elevator per day. Moves are scheduled on a first come basis and must occur Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm and on Saturday between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. Moves are not permitted on Sundays or holidays.
